defined by her former suffix, -nose, icestar is a cat who acknowledges most and misses very little. she has a fantastic memory and is capable of detecting things long before others do, making her a valuable asset on patrols, borders and hunting alike.
impatient-
icestar is, by no means,a patient cat. upcoming events worry her (even if she seldom shows her anxiety) and she tends to want them to be over with, instead of dragging her about.
witty-
she's fond of making jokes and lighthearted teasing, coincidentally being a master of arguments which revolve around petty, but clever insults and retorts. this does, thankfully, have a greater use. she is very clever and tends to have good ideas.

like said before, icestar has a tendency to worry a bit too much. a plan must always, always have a way out if it is too fail, first and foremost, else she won't consider involving herself (or if she does, she will be very agitated the entire time.)

icekit began her life doing something crazily reckless, dangerous and foolish: entering the world, which also meant being born. she was one of the kittens born in a litter of two, the other kit being her brother, smallkit, who was accurately named for the smaller than average size. moons after, the once useless lumps of mewling fur were now capable of walking and forming intelligible words, which also came with the usual phase of tricks and shenanigans that kits often participated in.
eventually, icekit became icepaw. not much went on during her apprenticeship, for that matter.
moons later, icepaw became icenose, named such for her good senses and exceptional skill in tracking.
