RULES
Out of Character
you must obey all the rules on this site, and by making an account you consent to them.
do not take ooc disputes into ic, if there is a problem contact the staff members.
while we allow debating to go on in the forum, please refrain from down talking anyone about their religion, sexual affiliation, or opinions.
images may not exceed the board length, please downsize or provide a link.
no pornographic images on this forum, you will be banned as this goes against proboards rules
do not steal another persons’ art, coding, or photos. if you are using something that is free please give credit where credit is due.
respect the other members of this site, you don’t have to love each other, but we don’t want you to hate each other and take it out on everyone.
there is no age requirement, but know we do allow blood, gore, and swearing on the site, and the site is geared towards teens (16) and up.
before you begin to create characters you must have a main account and reply to the main account thread! This will be used as your tracking account (one that you can post journals and character logs with) and can be used to participate in voting and such. All character applications must be posted with this account! Once accepted you may make your character account.
For characters that are kits/apprentices make your character account with their future Warrior name, and then change the display name to their current one. This will save the warrior name for you. Example:
You create an apprentice named Blackpaw, and they are accepted. You then make an account under their future warrior name (let's say Blackfoot), so then the name is saved for you when they become a warrior.
Character Creation
we are a strictly feline site, you may only play cats.
you must create a separate account for each character!
we ask that once a prefix is taken that you do not use it, although you may request to use it from the original member.
you may make a normally colored feline for free, but mutated or oddly marked characters must have the required items to create them.
please follow the form in the character creation board, and wait for acceptance by a staff member.
kittens under 6 moons and queens may not be created unless you have the correct items.
if there is a ban on a certain type of character then please do not try and create a character in that niche.
you may have as many characters as you want, but if you get out of control then staff will intervene.
you may have one important character (leader, deputy, med cat/app) none of your other characters may accept high positions until your character already in one passes away or is adopted out.
In Character
seasons change monthly making an in game year last 4 months, your character ages 4 moons for each season change.
while we allow all forms of roleplayers, we do have a minimum of 150 words per post to allow others to adequately reply to.
we are a consent site and all deaths must be approved unless you are killing off your own character.
please do not meta-game (bring outside information in-game) or power-play (control another persons’ character). you will be warned by staff if we see or hear about this. the only time you may power play is during a random event when attacking an enemy.
once your character is dead they cannot be revived.
any battles fought between cats will be moderated by staff to make sure you are following the rules.
you may have your character in multiple threads, but keep them in order. Example if they were injured in your first thread, then when you enter a second thread your character should still have that injury.
for apprentices to become warriors they must be at least 12 moons old, have two training threads with their mentor, and be in three regular threads. Sometimes this can by bypassed with the correct item. Once ready the apprentice will pm the member playing their clans’ leader with all completed threads, or the item to bypass them, and they will have the ceremony held. There is also exceptions during special plots where apprentices may prove themselves as warriors, then the member playing the leader of their clan may pm the member playing the apprentice with their reasoning, and ask if they wish to become a warrior that way.
